All orders are to be placed directly through our website. We aim to ship goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note: these shipping times do not apply to pre-orders.
We are happy to answer any questions you might have with regards to sizing, product details or brands prior to placing your order.
If an item is out of stock and it is something you are interested in, please get in touch and we will do our best to source more.
Occasionally items will be available for pre-order via the website before we receive stock from our suppliers. Please note delivery dates are an estimate only and are not guaranteed, however we will inform you of any delays. In the event your pre-order cannot be filled we will refund in full.
Please note: Any in-stock orders that are placed with pre-orders will be held aside and posted together once the pre-orders have arrived and are ready to ship. If you are wanting your in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please order in a different transaction to your pre-order. Pre-orders will be shipped once they are received from our suppliers.
All prices on our site are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are charged in New Zealand dollars.
We offer gift vouchers in the following amounts: $20, $50, $80, $100, $150, $200.
Please add in the notes section at checkout who the voucher is to be made out TO and FROM. If you wish us to send the voucher to the recipient, please also include the recipients email or postal address in the notes section, or alternatively send us an email with all of the details to email@example.com.
All gift vouchers over the amount of $80 will receive free shipping if post is selected.
Gift Certificates are excluded from all sales, discounts and laybys. Any gift cards purchased doing so will be voided and your payment refunded.
Credit card orders are processed using PayPal.
We trust Paypal, and so should you, for two good reasons:
Firstly, you don’t have to make a Paypal account. You can just enter your debit card or credit card details in, and make your payment.
Secondly, it is by far the safest online payment gateway in the world. It was the very first payment gateway to process credit card transactions over the internet, and to this day has the best security available. By entering your details in over at Paypal (once our check-out sends you there) you don’t run any risk of any details being stolen.
However, if this option is not for you feel free to pay by direct bank transfer.

LAYBUY allows you to receive your purchase NOW and spread the cost over 6 weekly payments, interest free!
How it works:
Select Pay by LAYBUY at the checkout, if you don't already have an account with them you will be directed to register for LAYBUY, or if you already have you simply sign in to complete your purchase.
Your order is processed straight away, you pay one 6th now and the rest is split over the following 5 weeks, always paid on the same day as original purchase.

Additional failure to make payments will result in further charges being applied to your account. These fees may be incurred for each payment that is late. Please be aware purchaser is liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery resulting from unpaid customs charges, an incorrect address and/or contact details (as provided by the customer) a re-delivery and return fee will be charged. Please note shipments can often be held by customs for long periods of time, unfortunately this is beyond our control.
